How it all began

In 2023, a father and son from Holbæk, Denmark, decided to turn their love for coffee into a business. They bought a small roaster and started experimenting with different beans and roasting profiles. They soon realized that they had a knack for creating delicious and unique roasts that highlighted the natural flavours and aromas of the coffee beans. They named their company Miller´s Roast, and began selling their roasts online and at local markets.

What makes our coffee special

Miller´s Roast only uses specialty coffee beans, which are the highest quality beans available. We source our beans from ethical and sustainable farms around the world, and roast them in small batches to ensure freshness and consistency. We only roast once a week, typical on Sundays, and ship order the following day. This means that our customers always receive freshly roasted coffee that has notable flavour profile or freshness.
